We are excited to announce our 2021 PIP Start-Up Award winner. PIP stands for People Inspiring People and was established by Red Orange in 2018 as an intentional outreach initiative to make a positive impact in the community and influence others to do the same.
Since then, we’ve had the pleasure of providing numerous nonprofits and small businesses with free marketing and branding resources they can use to amplify their voice and grow their impact. Our newest award winner is doing just that by providing clean, affordable and fun wines to the Richmond community.
More About RichWine
“Get your wine by dinner time!” This is one of the many services Kristen Gardner Beal and Lance Lemon, the founders of RichWine, bring to their community. Both from the Richmond area, after several years working in New York City, these two partners came back home to pursue their passion for wine and share it with their community. Prior to RichWine, Lance spent time acting and bartending in the restaurant industry and as a sales rep for Frederick Wildman and Sons where he learned all about wine. He later when on to open and manage two successful wine shops in New York. Co-founder Kristen is also the Founder of VinGo Tours in Richmond. Before RichWine, she spent time working for the Department of State in Lima, Peru, and later in finance in NYC, while spending all of her downtime traveling the world to learn about wine. These two knowledgeable, approachable and fun partners are sharing their love for clean, eco-friendly wine with everyone they can. And we are excited to support RichWine by creating a logo that highlights their ability to source and curate, eco-friendly, affordable and tasty wine for every palette.
Kristen and Lance have said “There is a wine out there for everyone!” We invite you to learn more by checking out their website as well as their Instagram account, @richwinerva.
More About PIP
At Red Orange Studio, we work with companies who do good things. And that inspires us to #GoDoGood. That concept is the foundation for our outreach initiative. The PIP Project has provided thousands of dollars worth of pro-bono design, development and marketing services to Virginia nonprofit organizations and start-up businesses. And In 2020, we brought on new partners to help provide a wider array of services and create an even bigger impact for nonprofits and small businesses across Virginia.
