The account manager will work closely with clients, getting to know their business needs and helping to develop marketing, digital and creative strategies to support their goals. In addition, the account manager will be responsible for ensuring collaboration among designers, art directors, developers, videographers and other team members as well as partners to ensure we are all working toward the same goals.

• Excellent writing skills with ability to draft copy for email marketing, social media and more.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT required. Familiarity with project management and CRM platforms preferred.
• Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, Hubspot or Active Campaign, Mailchimp, WordPress and PPC/Display advertising preferred.
• Experience working with social media platforms for content marketing and advertising.

• Manage multiple client accounts. Ensure team is working toward common goal and delivering high-quality work on time.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors. Communicate clearly throughout the process and identify clear action steps for team members.
• Enlist the support of additional resources as needed.
• Prepare and deliver timely reports.
• Manage the production of materials from concept through delivery.
• Oversee quality control of marketing materials.
• Manage client budgets and regularly communicate progress/status to team and clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and deliver results.
