Champions for Youth Summit
The Virginia Foundation for Healthy Youth (VFHY) needed a clear, flexible way to communicate before and during its annual Champions for Youth Summit, which brings together professionals from across the country who are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of youth. With multiple sessions, speakers, vendors, stakeholders and moving pieces, the event required more than a collection of materials. It needed a central communications hub and a cohesive on-site experience that made information easy to access and the summit easy to navigate.
Red Orange Studio partnered with VFHY to support the event through a custom conference microsite, event marketing materials, signage, attendee communications and branded collateral. Working within an existing brand and a fast-paced production schedule, our team helped turn complex event details into a seamless experience that supported VFHY’s mission, strengthened attendee engagement and gave VFHY a dependable creative partner throughout a complex, fast-moving event.
The result was more than a polished, well-organized event. By making information easy to find and creating an environment where attendees could focus on learning and connecting, the summit helped youth-serving professionals exchange ideas, strengthen partnerships and take valuable knowledge back to the communities they serve.
Clarity and Consistency in Event Marketing and Branding
Large-scale events depend on clear communication, thoughtful coordination and the ability to adapt as details evolve. Red Orange worked closely with VFHY staff, event planners, vendors and internal team members to keep digital and print deliverables aligned across every touchpoint.
By leveraging existing summit branding assets and maintaining open communication throughout the process, our team was able to move quickly without sacrificing consistency or clarity. As content shifted, timelines changed and production needs evolved, we helped VFHY stay focused on the attendee experience while supporting the behind-the-scenes details required to bring the summit to life.
A Custom Microsite as the Summit’s Central Hub
Red Orange developed a custom conference microsite that served as the central information hub for the Champions for Youth Summit. The site featured agenda, speaker and session-linking functionality, making it easier for attendees to find key event information while giving VFHY the ability to manage content updates independently.
To support the full event experience, the microsite was paired with coordinated signage, printed materials, social graphics and branded merchandise. From screen to stage, each element worked together to create a consistent, professional and engaging summit experience. Attendees could spend less time searching for information and more time participating, building relationships and learning from others committed to helping young people lead healthier lives.
Bringing the Summit Experience to Life
To build excitement and encourage participation, Red Orange also created a promotional hype video that captured the energy, purpose and collaborative spirit of the Champions for Youth Summit. The video gave VFHY an engaging way to introduce the experience, connect the event to its larger mission and inspire youth-serving professionals to be part of it.
