Tucked away in a quiet little corner of Richmond, sits a community of support for individuals with autism and their families. The Faison Center, with two locations and more than 300 staff members, serves more than 400 people, ages 15 months to adult.
When they needed a partner to help manage their brand, tell their story and support their fundraising initiatives, they turned to Red Orange Studio. Language is important at The Faison Center, and every image has the power to tell a story. As new partners, we immersed ourselves in The Faison Center’s mission, lifespan model, and the nuanced needs of the individuals and families they serve. Integrated Nonprofit Marketing, Website, and Fundraising Support
Red Orange Studio provided end-to-end marketing support, including annual report design and copywriting, fundraising event collateral, website hosting and management, and ongoing social media content. We also developed foundational brand assets—style guides, stationery, email signatures—and created streamlined digital and print-ready forms to support admissions and internal operations. Red Orange delivered a range of materials to support their 25th anniversary milestone year. The Annual Report brought student and family stories to life through heartfelt letters and compelling visuals—delivered on time and on budget. A consistent, brand aligned presence on social media told the inspirational stories of staff members and their heart for the work they do at The Faison Center. These stories, combined with recruitment campaigns, helped attract new team members.
