LOCUS Impact Investing
LOCUS Impact Investing is a nonprofit mission-driven organization that helps guide and support foundations looking to use more of their assets to promote prosperous, vibrant communities. They turned to Red Orange Studio to help educate stakeholders and promote an innovative national financing tool called The Community Investment Guarantee Pool (CIGP). This collaboration of investors pooled their unfunded guarantee commitments to unlock and leverage capital in the sectors of small business, affordable housing and climate lending.

Creative Approach
Working as brand partners throughout the year, Red Orange collaborated with the LOCUS team on a variety of projects including the creation of a website dedicated to CIGP. Together we developed content, created the site, produced video assets and developed collateral materials and a communications strategy.
Solution
Custom infographics and an expanded color scheme set the stage for an improved visitor experience that supports the LOCUS brand while establishing a unique look for CIGP. The professional, clean, vibrant site offers intuitive navigation and an animated explainer video that provides a simple approach to telling a complex story. Working with our partners at Journey Seven, Red Orange also produced client testimonial videos to support the CIGP message.
Outcome
The CIGP site launched in November 2020, providing a single dedicated resource for information about the Pool and the impact stories it creates. The client has been able to continue building out the site with additional content and resources to support their mission.
