Serving as a fractional creative department, Red Orange supports Armada Hoffler with marketing strategy, copywriting, design, video and more. Together we produce cohesively branded marketing and communications materials that help the team tell their story. Brand Naming and Visual Identity for Multifamily Properties
Armada Hoffler asked the Red Orange team to help rename and rebrand their apartment property previously named Solis. As the result of a strategic naming process, The Everly brand was born.
Our goal was to create a unique brand name that resonated with young professionals near the Atlanta area, while conveying connectivity and community. We wanted a name and brand that felt warm, friendly, and welcoming with high energy and a youthful vibe, but not too trendy. The Everly set a new standard for multi-family property brands at Armada Hoffler. Red Orange also led the brand development and visual identity creation for several other multifamily properties and a co-working space.
Marketing a Milestone Anniversary Celebration
Red Orange Studio had the privilege of developing several videos and marketing materials for the 40th anniversary celebration of Armada Hoffler. We worked closely with the client and our partners at Journey Seven Media to tell the story of the company, their mission, their values and their vision for the future.
