When she’s not building websites, Monica is exploring life with enthusiasm—whether she’s at yoga class, dancing at a concert, walking on the beach, or dining at new local spots with her husband. Like most of the Red Orange team, Monica enjoys reading (specifically science fiction) and occasionally indulges in TV shows (her current fixation being Chief of War). With a heart for music, she listens to a variety of artists from Metallica to Spanish musicians.

Monica graduated from the University of Cuba and began her career working remotely for a U.S. company from Cuba, before moving to Tampa, Florida in 2022.
