Listening First. Writing Second.
Elizabeth believes great content starts long before the first word is written. By asking thoughtful questions and listening carefully, she uncovers what clients are really trying to say—then helps them say it with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Whether she’s developing a content strategy or crafting a social caption, Elizabeth enjoys turning complex ideas into communication that feels approachable, engaging, and authentic.
Before joining Red Orange Studio, Elizabeth built her career creating branded content, marketing campaigns, and editorial content for organizations ranging from national brands to healthcare companies and nonprofits. Her experience spans copywriting, editing, content strategy, and client collaboration, giving her the ability to see both the big picture and the smallest details that make content truly resonate.
Simplifying the Process
Elizabeth is known for bringing a calm energy and clear communication to every project. Clients appreciate her ability to simplify complicated topics, strengthen messaging, and guide projects in a way that feels collaborative from beginning to end.
She believes the strongest client relationships are built on trust, honesty, and taking the time to truly understand each organization’s goals before proposing solutions. Around Red Orange, she’s equally passionate about celebrating teammates, lending a hand whenever she can, and contributing to a culture where everyone succeeds together.
Beyond the Keyboard
Outside of work, Elizabeth lives in Richmond with her husband, Allen, their three children—June, Frances, and Toby—and their vaguely beagle-ish hound dog, Gus. A lifelong writer and an avid runner for nearly two decades, this summer she’s excited to join the coaching team for the Richmond Half Marathon Training Team. Whether she’s encouraging runners, editing copy, or helping clients tell their stories, Elizabeth brings the same consistency, curiosity, and genuine enthusiasm to everything she does.
